Our gourmet food and wine proposal combines Getaria’s two traditions, txakoli wine and fishing. We work with seasonal, locally-sourced produce. The port of Getaria and the local vegetable gardens supply us with the ingredients we need to create a menu with the full flavour of Getaria.
